Oklahoma is a licensing state, requiring polygraph examiners to adhere to strict state standards. Employees and contractors of Accurate Solutions are licensed and insured in the state of Oklahoma. The Company also has the ability to provide professional polygraph services outside the state of Oklahoma in non-licensing states. Accurate Solutions Incorporated is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Company actively supports Combat Arms Reunion Experience (CARE), a 501(c)(3) organization.
The Company's examiners abide by American Polygraph Association (APA) standards of practice while administering polygraph examinations. The APA is a national organization having extremely high standards and best practices for polygraph examiners. Accurate Solutions polygraph examiners are either full members or associate members in good standing with the APA.
Professional polygraph services include: Post Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT), Criminal Testing, Defense Attorney Testing, Infidelity Testing, Pre-Employment Testing, and Drug Court Testing. Accurate Solutions Incorporated also provides statement analysis services.

Kyle Franks
Kyle Franks served five years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps. He served three tours to Iraq while in the USMC. After leaving the Marines, Mr. Franks worked as a private security contractor for the U.S. Department of State for three and a half years. In this role, he served as a protective security specialist; providing personal protection to U.S. diplomats in high threat environments. He worked in Iraq and Israel. Since returning to the United States, he has graduated with his MBA from Oklahoma Christian University. He is a graduate of the National Polygraph Academy - an APA accredited basic polygraph school. He holds a certification for Post Convicted Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT). Mr. Franks is a License Polygraph Examiner in the state of Oklahoma. Mr. Franks is also the Co-Founder of a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization - Combat Arms Reunion Experience.
